This privacy & confidentiality information is provided to the WOULD-BE-ENTREPRENEUR and to all users who interact with the web services of the site www.f-cube.it, pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 196/03 (Italian data protection law, implementing Directive 95-46-EC), for the purposes of protection of personal data.
The personal data collected will be used for purposes strictly related to the activity of evaluation and selection of projects and the WOULD-BE-ENTREPRENEURS, with which F-CUBE could develop a collaboration and/or financing activity.
The personal data will be treated in compliance with current legislation, and will not in any way communicated or disclosed to third parties, without a written approval of the WOULD-BE-ENTREPRENEUR or user himself.
In accordance to our incubation activity, the WOULD-BE-ENTREPRENEUR  must be fully aware of the fact that on the occurrence that any idea submitted by the WOULD-BE-ENTREPRENEUR is already under assessment and/or development, wholly and/or partially, directly and/or indirectly, by F-CUBE, the WOULD-BE-ENTREPRENEUR will be immediately informed but cannot claim any right towards F-CUBE.

CONFIDENTIALITY

The WOULD-BE-ENTREPRENEUR and F-CUBE must observe the utmost confidentiality in relation to the information which they may release in connection with the project.
F-CUBE may not therefore communicate to third parties or use, for himself or for the benefit of third parties, such information.
