CATERINA RIVADOSSI 
- Founder & Managing Director
Degree in Economics and Business Administration in Genoa.
All my professional experience is focused on strategy, company analysis and business planning that I have developed through consultancy, line management and private equity.
I started in Spain as consultant (NorConsult, Uniòn Fenosa Group, “Strategic Services” department) and participated to the startup of Retevisiòn (the telecommunication company that broke the monopoly of Telefònica), which later I formally joined in the Strategic Department.
Back to Italy, I was Investment Manager in a private equity fund (Morningside), which gave me the opportunity to analyze many investment opportunities and focus on the turnaround of the acquired companies. Later, aiming at matching the “family needs” with my professional aspirations, I started working as independent Strategic Business Consultant, following up some family businesses and advising managers and entrepreneurs: Fashion & Lifestyle, Made in Italy and small-medium sized companies are my areas of specialization.
I am also Professional Faculty Member at SDA Bocconi University in Milan, where I am coordinator of the “Business Planning” course at MAFED (Master in Fashion, Experience and Design) and responsible for MAFED.incubator.
In 2011, my entrepreneurial spirit inspired my last challenge: to found F-CUBE, a mix of incubator and venture capital, totally devoted to the Fashion & Lifestyle industry, to really give young talents an opportunity to be future entrepreneurs.

CARLO BIGGI
- Industry Advisor
Graduated in Economics at Bocconi University, I have 20 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing Consulting, with Italian and International structures.
I am founder and managing partner of More Interactive, Digital Consulting Company based in Milan.
I develop and coordinate projects in the areas: digital communication, relational marketing, social media; internet and intranet solutions for external and internal communication; content & knowledge management systems; web communities; tools for sales force management and training; business intelligence and customer relationship management.
Some of the customers I worked with: Pomellato, Ermenegildo Zegna, Damiani, Ikea, Ferrero, Illy, Sole 24 Ore, 3 Italia, Condé Nast, Fastweb, Vodafone, Zambon Pharma, Zurich.
I am teacher and researcher in the areas of digital marketing, social learning, enterprise 2.0; lecturer for Sole 24 Ore Business School; author of studies and publications, such as “La Rete di Vendita Virtuale”, in “Guida del Sole 24 Ore alla vendita”.

JOHN MAGLIANA - Senior Advisor
With a Bachelor of Science Engineering, Master of Science Management, I held prominent positions as senior manager in different industries such as technology, manufacturing and finance, included Vice-Director at Intelsat III Satelliti, Vice Director of  International Activities e Director of Europe at TRW, CEO at Saab Scania North America; Country manager at Greenwich Natwest e Royal Bank of Scotland;  Managing Director and Chairman at Vestar Resources Europe.
I am consultant and advisor for the Government of Sweden, France and Germany and for companies such as Dow Chemical, Schlumberger, and Bank of Boston,
I am member of some boards of directors, included Swedish American Chamber of Commerce and Italia America Foundation
I published some articles such as "the French Affair" on technology and use of "Chip"
I intervene at many conferences and meetings included  American Banking Association and Wall Street Brokers Association
